Shri Venkateshwara University Admission 2024: It is a State Private University enacted by Act No-26 of 2010 of the State Legislature of Govt. of Uttar Pradesh and notified u/s 2(f), UGC Act 1956 of University Grants Commission, Govt. of India. Degrees are awards u/s22(1) of UGC Act 1956. Shri Venkateswara University is located in Gajraula, Uttar Pradesh.

Shri Venkateswara University got its approval and Recognition from the University Grant Commission (UGC), Government of Uttar Pradesh, Association of Indian Universities (AIU), Indian Nursing Council (INC), Bar Council of India (BCI), Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), Medical Council of India (MCI) and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The admission process is in dual mode it can be pursued in Online as well as Offline mode.

Shri Venkateshwara University Admission Dates

Shri Venkateshwara University Admission 2024 is offered in dual phases in a calendar year. If we go for Bachelors and Masters Courses then it begins from Mid of July session and it is made with a flexible approach. On the other hand, if we speak about PHD, there are 2 Phases in a calendar year of which one is the January and July sessions. Exclusively, Admission to Ph.D. shall be based on the availability of a research guide and number of seats.

Admissions to all the professional Master’s courses at the Shri Venkateshwara university are entrance-based- SVU Common Entrance Test (SVU CET). Only the candidates who qualify for the written entrance test will be called for further admission process. An additional qualifying criterion for MBA courses is a Group Discussion/ Personal Interview conducted by the university after the written test.

    The Shri Venkateshwara University Application can be pursued in a dual way which is Online and Offline way. To pursue in an online mode the candidate needs to fill up the form on the university website and through background verification, the University will tele-verify through and registration will be pursued through the online link given by the university.

    To apply in an offline way, the candidate needs to download the form. In addition to it, He or she needs to get the hard copy of the form and fill the remaining details with valid credentials, and attach all the testimonies. Then The documents go to the verification cell where all your testimonials are rectified and cross-verified by the University. Once the documents get verified the candidate will get a Tele-verification call from the university which will finally confirm the candidature then the Candidate needs to make the payment of the form as well.

    Shri Venkateshwara University Entrance Test

    • Admission in all courses is through Shri Venkateshwara University Common Entrance Test (SVUCET) and Merit cum Viva-Voce.
    • The SVUCET schedule is notified in the admission notification. However, in some of the courses, admission will be merit-based. For admission in the MBA course, Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) will also be conducted in addition to SVUCET. Other national-level entrance tests such as AIEEE, CAT, MAT, XAT, GATE, GPAT, etc. will also be considered for admission.
    • Admission in all Masters Courses will be offered based on the Academic Record of the candidate.
    • Admission to Ph.D. courses will be done based on Academic Records, Entrance Tests, and Personnel Interviews.
    • Aspirants must have a Master’s Degree with a minimum of 55% marks (5% relaxation for SC/ST and Physically Handicapped) in the subject concerned to fulfill the eligibility criterion for admission to the Ph.D. program.

    At the Initial Phase, the candidate walks in for an inquiry about the courses and to gather information about the subject in which the candidate wants to enroll in. Then counseling is provided by the Counselors for details of courses. If interested, the candidate may purchase/Fill the admission form either by online or by Self Venkateshwara University campus: –

    (a) Online form shall be purchased or filled on our website – By depositing Rs. 1100/- in our payment gateway.

    (b) Physical Admission form can also be purchased from the Admission Dept. – By paying Rs. 1100/- cash/ DD/ Digital Transaction.

    (c) The receipt generated for this deposition will be in triplicate out of which one is for the student’s copy and the other two is for the accounts and admission dept. of the university.

    Shri Venkateshwara University Scholarship

    The Shri Venkateshwara University provides scholarships to deserving and meritorious students enrolling for Undergraduate. The criteria of entitlement for the scholarship are as follows: –

    Basic Scholarship

    75% tuition fee exemption to students securing 90% and above in 10 + 2. The same criteria are applicable for subsequent examinations on a yearly basis.

    Meritorious Student Scholarship

    25% of tuition fee exemption to students who secured 85% and above in 10 + 2. A chair would be instituted in each faculty. The topper of each faculty is reimbursed tuition fees for 1 full year by the respective chair. The First such chair has been instituted in the Faculty of Engineering & Technology in the name of Shri Shiv Kumar Giri, Father of Hon’ble Chancellor Dr Sudhir Giri.
